Sweet Sour Carrot

Ingredients

- 1/2 pounds carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 bulk garlic, sliced

Preparation
|
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (162.5 degrees Celsius).
- In a small bowl, mix sugar, vinegar and put aside as sauce.
- Heat cooking oil till smoking, add sliced garlic, add carrots.
- Cook for one minute, add sauce and salt.
- Mix well and cook another two minutes.
