Ingredients
|
- 3/4 pound of flour
- 1/2 grant pork (or beef)
- 3 stalks green onions
- 1/2 medium sized cabbages
- 1/4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tbsp Salt
- 3/4 tbsp soy sauce

Preparation
|
- Mix flour with warm water and put aside for about an hour.
- Chop the cabbage and drain well.
- Chop green onions.
- Mix grant meat, drained cabbage, green onion sesame oil, salt and soy sauce all together and well blend as stuffing.
- Make dough. Use a rolling pin to make each dough flat round shape.
- Put stuff in the center, covered with another rolled dough, seal the edge with fingers.
- Gently roll the pan cake flat.
- Brush oil on both sides of the cake, and brush pan too.
- Keep the temperature medium or low medium to avoid burn.
