Soaked Tea Eggs
Ingredients
10 Eggs
80 g Oolong Tea Leaves
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
3 tablespoons salt
Preparation
Boil eggs until 90% cooked
Hit and crush eggs lightly by a spoon
Boil water in small pot, turn off fire, add oolong tea leaves
Put eggs into tea pot when water is turned brown
Turn on fire, keep boiling in very low heat, add salt
Soak eggs for 2-3 hours, serves cold or hot
