Liaoning Normal University, founded in 1951, is one of the key universities in Liaoning Province, located in Dalian. The university currently offers programs through 25 departments organized in ten different colleges. Thirty-nine academic programs are offered at the undergraduate level and thirty-six at the master's level and two at the doctoral level. The total student population consists of more than 13,000 undergraduate students, 676 graduate students, and over 460 foreign students.
