East China Jiaotong University (ECJTU) is a comprehensive university located in the city of Nanchang. The ECJTU focuses on engineering with development of other fields such as technology, management, economics, arts, law, science, etc. ECJTU was founded on September 22, 1971. ECJTU supports 15 schools, offering 49 specialties for undergraduate students, 5 for first class specialty master degree and 46 for second class specialty master degree. At the present, it has 1,600 staff including over 300 professors and associate professors. Now there are 20,000 registered undergraduate and non-degree students. ECJU has very strong sport teams.
